Tbh I had no issues in Strikes except for the very rare person afking.

Just got to enjoy someone standing too close and fucking up the spawns, and his response to being told to move back was to go dance in the cave entrance.

I had a person, he didn't seem to be trolling. He just seemed to be an idiot or self centered douche. Every time the group would run in to collect their loot / ammo and run back he would stand in the cave and go through his inventory to check stuff out and dissemble.

I do that when solo or if there is another guy there who has shit aim. Keeps me from having to chase down mobs

Luck turned around for me with the cryptarch tonight. Was farming coils on the moon and picked up a legendary secondary engram. Turned out to be The Comedian vanguard shotgun. That ranked me up and cryptarch sent me another legendary main. Dead space assault rifle.

All purple except headpiece now. Gotta keep grindin rep.

2 friends got exotic bounties when they turned in bounties that leveled them up from Vanguard 1 > 2, so he says oh yeah you'll get an exotic bounty when you rank up. So I grind Vanguard and no dice. Rockin' purple head/hands/feet, exotic body...and blue weapons all the way down.

Moss and anyone else having trouble with Thorn's bounty, this might be too much weight to put on the rng, but Aethon drops an autorifle with void damage. It looks to be a Shingen type (high RoF, low impact). If you're having trouble getting void kills, it might be an option, although a stretch.. I don't know if it's better to have four bounty slots for a while, or just pick up the bounty again after getting the rifle, but thought I'd put that out there.

i swear GM is fucking with us in cosmo farming, a ton of lv 4s spawn that were resistant killing 8 of us lv 24+. anyone experience this right now?

I would be happy to never do summoning pits again. After doing it 25x for juju and the weekly and nightfall and for thorn plus random other times i'm burnt out on it.

Having trouble beating Atheon? Your problems are solved. My clan figured out a way to beat him in 4 portal runs (about 5-6 mins). He's really not that hard, and with practice, your team will be able to beat him in no time! So listen up!

You need all six people and at least one of them needs to be a Titan. That Titan is the key because he has a bubble shield the makes the guardians that goes into it have damage boost. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Another thing you need to know is which portal is on which side. From where you spawn, green is on the right and yellow is on the left. And lastly, your three best players need to be the group that gets teleported. The outside group has it pretty easy.

Now on to the strategy. When the portal group gets teleported, they need to call out if they're in the green room or yellow room so the outside group knows which portal to open up. After that the person with the highest health grabs the relic and heads down to kill the enemies in the room along with another portal group member. The other member of the portal group needs a good gun to focus on killing all seven oracles. By the time he's killing the fourth oracle, the other two should have the enemies dead. Everybody cleanse, kill the rest of the oracles, and cleanse one more time after exiting the portal.

Now the outside group. It's your job to clear enemies while opening the right portal for the portal group. That's basically it, but very important. And don't die!

Now when the portal group walks out of the portal, the relic guy should scream "middle now!". Five members (including the Titan) jump on the middle platform where no enemies can get you (the other member should be doing ad control). The relic guy has infinite shield with the relic then. Everyone can shoot out of it and Atheon can't shoot in. Note: from the time you kill the last oracle, you get a damage boost for 25 seconds. So everyone get to the middle quick! Now here's the great part! The relic guy stands towards the front of the middle ledge while the Titan drops his shield behind it. When a player walks in and out of the titans shield he gets a damage boost for about ten seconds. And yes, that does mean THE DAMAGE BOOST STACKS ON TOP OF THE OTHER DAMAGE BOOST!!!!! Get your boost from the Titan shield, step into the relic shield, and unleash hell on atheon! You'll notice a difference when you're doing thousands of damage each time.

When the timer in the left hand corner gets down to about 4 seconds, everyone scatter back to their positions. After that, it's like clockwork. Repeat this a few more times and you'll have Atheon beat in no time! It'll take a little practice for everyone to get their role down, but it works flawlessly. You can vary the strategy up any way you want but like I said. My clan beat it in 5 mins with no deaths using this strategy.

Yeah looks like Queen's Wrath is just the regular story missions with random skulls turned on. No new content, just rehash of shit you've been doing since day 1.

I'm concerned about the fact that Bungie was putting a lot of emphasis on player feedback, yet none of the criticism has been addressed lately. It took until yesterday for Bungie to acknowledge that there was no Ascendant Mote in the game, and the update they pushed out yesterday didn't even address that. I keep holding out hoping that these limited time events is going to bring more cutscenes and narrative direction to the game, but after the Queen's Wrath activated tonight i'm pretty much done with the game. I don't see a point in grinding for better gear especially when it seems like damage scales, you can't even really show off.

Man those patch notes are pathetic. How hard is it to implement decent chat functions already and at least some god damn audio settings? I just want to mute game music so bad while still talking to friends.
