As nice as the Auto Rifle is my Exotic specials are just too good now. Being able to alternate between Pocket Infinity and Icebreaker as the situation dictates is just awesome.

Didn't think we needed one. I generally consider sub-forums on BG to be the nail in the coffin for activity for certain topics as it reduces view count. That extra click is more annoying than you think.

So the third man is available? good shit whoring coins this week. mine for the second hunter build. but they made it really hard to have multiple build as shards are going to be a huge pain.

has anyone tested desynthing exotic shit and see if it still gives shards? i tried a cape from the vanguard guy and it gave me wire only..

I got a hunter head from my exotic engram and got 2 shards and some wire (which I don't use on warlock).

First Exotic I ever got was a pair of Titan gauntlets. Hit dismantle as soon as I got them with no shame. Gave me - if I remember correctly - three Ascendant Shards and about four or five Hardonic Essences. From what I have read, Exotic armor gives the same amount of ascendant materials as Legendaries.

I'm pretty happy with how my character is geared out right now. Legendary Pulse and Scout Rifles, and matching arms/legs with the respective reload/ammo perks. Combined with my Exotic specials I can cover pretty much any situation outside of maybe arc damage, since all I've got there is a shotty and rocket launcher.

Thought it was three for exotics.. that's disappointing. The wire is the hunter upgrade item.

There's a helm engram this week, so yes third man is available (technically), but the item he has is the knucklehead radar (gives radar when scoped up -- aka, the best thing ever for the Crucible).

What Pulse Rifle do you have Krandor? I still need to grind out a few more Crucible points this week to be able to buy Fair and Square (reduces Grenade cool down with kills; INT and DIS build Sunsinger here.)

Ignoring Bad Juju I have the FWC one, but it was a random drop so it has different perks (extra shot in burst if one misses, extended mag, and speed reload on empty clip).

I'll probably try to get one of the Crucible ones next week assuming I can stomach the rep grind.

I kind of hate these PvP Bounties for one reason: it discourages Bungie from allowing pre-formed PvP. Some of the best things in Halo was getting a group of friends together to PvP AGAINST each other, and Destiny doesn't allow that :/
