I can get shards all over the place, just kind of frustrating to see nothing but in the Vault.

Thankfully the Aetheon AR is fucking hilariously awesome, basically a machine gun primary.

it appears so. Just got level 3 and i coulda swore i read the weapon is guaranteed.

It was a vanguard address purple in the mailbox. opened it and it gave me a legendary weapon and a strange coin.

Daily 28 is an easy solo, I did it at level 25. Just gotta cheese the final fight by staying at the area entrance and luring mobs one at a time.
