And it fucking happened again. God fucking damn it. Hex let some dumbass come along on the NIghtfall. He was ZERO help. He got exotic amazing super Hands for Hunter, WHICH IS MY CLASS. All i got was the Strange Coins. Even Hex got a Legendary Handgun.

I actually raged quit. I'm done with the game for tonight. That is getting so god damn annoying. If people were of help, fine. But this fucker even ruined the first attempt for us because he spawned the boss while Hex and I were looking around the stage for a spot so we were not prepared.

Was on the receiving end of the Vex Mythoclast in Iron Banner tonight. Was not fun at all getting shot down while on my sparrow full speed. Felt like I was sniped. Now I need one...

I don't know what the fuck people are talking about with shotguns. I was rocking a full auto shot gun and couldn't make a scratch on anyone. It's the worst I've ever played.

Buckshot bruiser is 1000x times harder than fusion rifle spree.

Void void and more void. Gjallahorn/Truth are amazing for Gatekeeper portals so if you have either of those max it as soon as you can. For normal having completely maxed weapons isn't nearly as important as it is for hard mode so I'd probably focus on just doing the raid over and over getting used to the mechanics while trying for raid armor and weapons. Getting lucky and getting the void auto rifle and solar auto scout rifle is a huge bonus and those should be maxed ASAP. Personally, I had Patience and Time, Pocket Infinity and a legendary hand cannon maxed when I started normal. Since then I have aquired the Atheons Epilogue (void auto rifle), Vision of Confluence (solar auto scout rifle) and Corrective Measures (void machine gun). I maxed all those and I don't think I could do hard without them; they're huge.

Since you're 28 it'd be in your best interest to go look up how the relic shield works in VoG because you might at some point be in a group where you're the only 28 available and not taking any extra damage from enemies/dealing normal damage to enemies is fucking huge for the later parts of the raid. Usually the 28 is tasked with taking over the shield so even if that never happens to you, it never hurts to understand how to use it properly just in case.

TL:DR Don't really worry about the best weapons for normal as whatever you have should be adequate as long as you understand how to play an FPS and follow directions. Focus on getting experience with the raid and hopefully getting lucky with drops that are huge in hard mode.

Glad it's not just me that doesn't see the appeal of shotguns in Crucible. Once I gave up on using my Shotgun (for void kills) and switched to Auto Rifle (to finish Bad Juju) I was doing much better. Even managed to have the top score in one match.

Yes, two of the chests will only be single drop, but otherwise it's double the shards/energy

Happened again. Started feeling very emotional due to thoughts about my friend Carl. Decided to kill things. Friend joins me, wanted to play alone but w/e. He tags along, I find a great solo spot under a platform. Like, fucking amazing. solo it and just told the guy to stand at the entrance incase I fuck up.

Didn't fuck up. kicked it's ass. And low and behold. He got a Warlock Exotic Heart of the Praxic Fire. and I got more Strange Coins

30 shards, 25 energy, 40 strange coins, 35 MoL(just spent some on a arm band too)

And vog for the second week in a row gives me nothing to spend it on.

I'm really about to drop my titan and just level warlock to run vog again.

Yeah, people get mad when Shotguns work at the range shotguns tend to work at (close enough to touch you). Once they get nerfed and everyone switches to Fusion Rifles people will realize how goddamn stupid they were and Fusion Rifles are what need to meet the nerf bat in a dark alley.

Maz that Auto rifle is probably really good for PVE. I have a Vanquisher with 2x reload perks and it's pretty insane.

What's the best non exotic heavy?

Vex is 100% OP in crucible. It's not overhyped at all.
