How does the hotfix affect SGA or any Machine Guns..?
I don't know if this is correct, but I think kill volume is the warning that you're out of bounds and need to move or die..

Teh nerfs.. wrrrrrrrrrrrry?!?
I just fully upgraded Shadow Price last week. I don't mind the Vandal loot cave being nerfed, but that was a good spot to do Dreg patrol missions.
They really should have just reduced the damage of Mytho against players, not an across the board nerf. It will still be ok, but probably not remotely worth it compared to Vision since ammo is always an issue with the Mytho.
Glad to see Square Enix Every Video Game Company with an MMO isn't the only company that's incompetent when it comes to balance changes.
Honestly no reason to use the vex now. There's much better combinations. Since it takes up an exotic slot.
I don't understand the logic that goes into these changes sometimes.
Bungie: "We need to balance Pocket Infinity; it's too powerful in PvP situation!"
Me: Hoping they don't neglect what makes the weapon so good.
Bungie: "Yeah! I think we need to bring down that magazine perk. 8 rounds is too much! We need to bump it back down to three! That will make it fair!"
Me: Yes that's fine and dandy but please remember to add in something to compensate it for PvE situations.
Sam: "Wait, won't that remove a good portion of the reason that weapon was good in PVE?"
Me: Yes please, listen to the reasonable man.
Bungie: "Oh yeah, we'll take a look at that Sam. (whispers to everyone "Don't listen to Sam, he's dumb")
Me: fsdhkfjhekfskjdhbjsgfjahewgvf
Whatever. Guess the orb casino days are gone for me now.
PVP will be a fusion rifle spam.
If I'm doing the math right the vex yellow damage will do the same as the white damage did today??
So, will this be how Bungie addresses anything now? People will complain about a single weapon, a retarded as shit nerf will come for the one weapon in all aspects, thus making it completely useless?
Like, is it too difficult to just do a PVP nerf? I don't get it
Like whats the fucking point of my Pocket Infinity now...? 3 shots is completely worthless in hard mode and I NEVER used it in PvP. As others have said, why didn't they just nerf these weapons in PvP only? I don't see the point at all in just an across the board nerf.
Someone posted about needing them earlier -- rare fusion rifles on sale atm.
I feel everyone expected the Mytho to end up nerfed, so part of me is less disappointed by that news. However, there's a part of me that wonders how Bungie couldn't have seen that coming. I mean, did they not expect that giving special weapon damage to a primary that is freakishly accurate and rapid fire wouldn't be OP? Or did they not expect many people to clear the VoG on hard? If you look at the numbers they posted, it's less than 0.2% of the player base that has even cleared the VoG, so is it really such a big issue?
Meant to post this earlier too, but if rumors are to be believed, the elemental damage on weapons from the next raid follow the same pattern (Arc: HC and Pulse; Solar: Scout; Void: Auto).
I said this the moment they said they were nerfing shotguns, which were fine in the first place. Fusion rifle nerfs will be next on the docket because they're going to shit all over everything now, including shotguns at close range, which is completely retarded.
They may have OOB'd the sniper platforms for Templar but they didn't say anything about the spawn zone. I bet you'll still be able to have the Relic carrier just melee his way back to the spawn platform and everyone can chill up there.
Hopefully they fix Pocket Infinity's clip size in that other patch they mentioned because they'll undoubtedly be inundated by comments about how utterly useless it is with only 3 rounds in the clip. 5 would be fine.
