apparently the speaker is selling an "infusion of light" to remove the debuff, but it can't actually be bought/removed, so idk if this is an actual new mechanic or if they're repurposing some unused code to temporarily lock us out, I hope it's not a new mechanic though that would get tedious as hell.

that's wierd is that xbox only? don't have that on ps4

I was trying to do the 5th bounty on the moon Saturday and I could not duo it... His shields came back so quickly.

one of the HoW weapons that dropped is a reskinned Fang of Ir-Yut, so there goes the weapon shaders people thought might be in it

The weapons that are dropping, for me, are 331 with no damage upgrades.

I think those are HoW weapons, assuming they're 331 initial and not 272/331. People are also reporting updated exotics dropping as well. I'll try to be online when the update hits, but may just decide to sleep this one in until the weekend.

All weapons in HoW will cap at 331 then upgrade with light to 365
