Rather than face girl, wrestler defaults

So exceptional she got pinned in both of her matches, very impressive. It is a feel good story she qualified, good for her. Unfortunately the rules of nature still apply. In physical contact sports women are out matched against men, they should have their own brackets. Lets throw around insults though to try and make our opinions hold more weight.

So you don't know what exceptional means. That's all you needed to say. That you're dumb. No need for more words.

She's probably not very good - just tiny enough to be in a weight class where she's wrestling a bunch of inexperienced freshmen guys and/or winning by default because other teams have no one light enough to compete, just squeaking into the state tourney with barely a winning record.

The guy in question had a great record and would've dismantled her for sure (like what happened in the next round). I really doubt he was afraid of losing. Who was he afraid would make fun of him - his classmates...I mean siblings? Kid is a fundie homeschool nutjob, that's just what they do.

This happened in Iowa. Fucking Iowa. Girls don't compete in boys' divisions in places like Iowa because they're "exceptional". They compete in boys' divisions because there aren't enough girls to have a girls' division.

I don't know if that's the policy of this school. Alls i know is that it was said that this particular chick has competed against multiple men and defeated said men, and working under the assumption that chicks are always weaker than dudes, that makes her exceptional.

This is apparently the second time he's refused to wrestle her:
