Honestly this would all be more easily handled if temp bans from spam were more common (edit: not MUCH more common but just in blatant cases of stupidity). Immense faggotry could just leave you stuck to playing in the sections with more rules and if you can't shake that shit out of your system in gen pop then whatever you'll get shivved by a mod for a rule-backed justifiable reason very quickly.
