Bought a phone for my mother and after about 4 calls with minor discrepancies, they set me up with a 220 dollar phone over a 4 month payment plan. 2 months later I get smacked with a bill for the full thing but the customer rep said that would happen and that it'd get split once I made my first payment.
Well that didn't happen and when I paid my bill today I got a notice 2 hours later saying I owed them another 200 bucks and, well, fuck that.
Called them and brought up the issue and the problem here is that my phone plan doesnt actually qualify me for the deal that they gave me. Thing is dat ain't my problem, if that were the issue they should have said it on the multiple times I had called before and I wouldnt have bought the damn thing otherwise so now they're calling a supervisor about it to get it changed.
That guy who gave me the deal is probably gonna get fired.
