I feel the exact same way. Just seems like Todd Phillips was offered way too much money to make a sequel that he couldn't turn down. While the first one was funny as hell, i thought Old School was better. Maybe i'll change my mind though.

Fucking this. The humor wasn't coming from the unique situations these guys were in, it was from their interactions with eachother (but really them being straight men to Galifianakis's + Jeong's insanity) and this movie seems to have preserved that quite nicely.

lol.... reminds me of when PETA threw that huge hissy fit over a monkey hitting a TNT plunger in a car commercial. They ended up just shooping the monkey out and leaving the rest of the commercial so an apparent invisible entity hit the plunger, hilarious lol.

In all honesty I'd believe the director, trailers are made by fucktard ad execs from footage they get ahead of time. I think they cut it too look a lot like the original in an effort to attract people.
