That is a kingsnake not a cornsnake. Start looking up information on kingsnakes not corn snakes. Again they are two completely different species of snake.
With the pinky did you just thaw it or did you actually warm it up to mouse "body" temperature?

Did you just throw it in there and let it sit all limp and dead on the cage floor or did you try to wiggle it around in front of the snake with some tongs. Some snakes won't know to eat the food if it isn't warm and moving. Get some long tongs, you can use either wood tongs or calipers, any tongs that are not too big and not sharp in any way, grab the pinky by the rear end and wiggle it in front of the snake. Make sure you warm the pinky up too before you do that.

Really I would suggest throwing one live pinky in there to see if the snake takes it. If the snake takes it then you know your issue is with how you are feeding it the pre-killed prey. If the snake shows no interest in a live pinky then it might be stressed out still from the shipment and refusing to eat. Or it might be sick. That would be a really good test.

You don't have to worry about feeding the snake live prey when you are still feeding it pinky's. I fed my red tailed boa live pinky's all the time and never had one issue.

wtf is a 'corn kingsnake' ? goddamn custom color morphs. sorry i totally missed that...

anyway, basic advice is still the same, i.e. temps/humidity/hide box. 4 months is a long time for a hatchling to not eat but not unheard of. get some on-site help or a reptile vet.
