Patch is available now but servers are still down. No guild banks yet whic hi believe was the bug. Sounds like a duping issue commonly seen with this feature.
Nah, they found the bug on the PTS, issue according to them was some bad/corrupted patch data so they had to recompile the patch.
Does anyone have/can link the picture of broken crit % on cleric that was taken on PTS for 1.3? Cleric had like 115%+ crit
Thought it was posted here but cannot find it, wondering if anyone else has it.
Was in the Hammerknell thread

Crafting...I'm feeling there isn't much reward for leveling skills. I have everything but Apothecary leveled across a few characters and was working on plaques and fame for recipes but it just seems so pointless when I can't find the best of any slot for any calling among things I can craft. I'm not so much in it for the money, I just want that old FFXI feeling of signing a Awesome Item +1, but no craftable item is really awesome, and none of the ingredients (that I've seen so far) are that difficult to obtain. Any thoughts?
All I can suggest is to keep stacking them plaques and hope for a HQ system to be implemented in the future. I did dailies every single day since I got 50, have bought every recipe for Rune and Outfitter, and have thousands of marks and like 15-20 plaques for each. After I got everything, I continued to do the dailies until I simply ran out of mats. Now I dont even bother because I dont see a point and I dont have time to farm fucking soulhide and shit. Being able to socket gear with a 300 skill or something might be nice, but crafting is held in such low regard in my guild that nobody even does the crafting rifts anymore aside from me and a few friends. One can only hope for HQ ability in the future, but I sure would like some new recipes soon. It seems that runecrafter and apothecary are the only ones that get consistent work. Nobody ever asks me for outfitter shit, lol.
Right now crafting is mainly for gearing alts so you can skip T1's and go straight to T2's. Runecrafting makes retarded amounts of money if that's what you want, but that's it besides the obvious gathering professions. Apothecary may get some love as more guilds start raiding, but even then, we have 1 in our guild who volunteered to be our flask/potion bitch.
Yeah, the fact crafting is often behind rewards from quests or dungeons was one of those ;_; things I found while playing. I'd originally taken up weaponsmithing for my warrior, figuring since things were new, economy wasn't set, and so on, I'd be able to make myself appropriate weapons as I leveled and such, but that never really happened since I seemed to stay slightly ahead of the curve based on resource locations and the general levels of the areas they were in.
Actually weaponsmithing is a good one to have. Salvage weapons, make whetstones, ???, profit.
I could never sell those on the AH for a profit, but then again, maybe Keenblade just sucked.
I'd kill for someone to put up whetstones on Keenblade. They're never up when i need them.
I'm Guardian, so couldn't indulge you.
Though, when I unsubbed, materials were kinda stupid in price. Not sure if it's scaled down any, but something like 80g for a carmintium ore or whatever was way too much for my lucking.
Is there any site out there for Rift a bit like BG? I've been looking at Rift junkies but it doesn't really seem to be that active.
Official Rift Forums has a ton of traffic, lots of good material to read in there too.
What are popular Rogue builds? Just started, Rogue 22 but loving the game.
For soloing i'd say Ranger with anything else and have your pet tank. Or Bladedancer with at least 13 points if Riftstalker for Rift Scavenger, which pretty much heals you to full after every mob depending on how many combo points you leave on mobs.
For dungeons almost every build is built around using Deadly Strike from BD which gives you the Deadly Dance buff which increases your next 3 combo point abilities by 105% with 5 points.
Get Bard when you have a spare Role. Not only will it greatly enhance your versatility, but it's a very fun and amazing soul. I don't know if I'd solo exp on it, but it's certainly worth having around for dungeons/pvp/etc.
Just to be sure I'm not getting phished or got hacked, did Trion change something about their account management that sent out some emails citing deactivation? Said my account was deactivated on the 21st, but I haven't played since the end of March, so a bit concerned that maybe I got jacked even though it doesn't seem like they used my CC if so.
