btw you realize you have changed the argument at least three times right? You went from taking jobs from blacks to bring down Black peoples wages to now just the generic all encompassing "High School dropouts"

While you're correct it does bring down wages a small percentage for unskilled workers it ultimately brings wages and creates jobs in all other sectors of the Job Market.
