I know if I hear another butthurt Titan shout about how you shouldn't charge for leech spots in a FC abyssea party, I'm going to lose my fucking mind.

It seriously makes me ashamed to come from there. But brighter futures ahead perhaps, etc etc.
Holy damn, this thread makes me want to log into PJ to see the action
hahaha thats funny. I'm sure the shout wars would be hilarious
Seeing the shouts in Phoenix's PJ last weekend was just depressing. So much anger over a game that is there for fun. Happily it does seem to have settled down over the week.
Also, have met a lot of nice Titanites while doing things in {A} this week, who were happy to team up to speed clearing of pops, or who offered to help out with stuff. That was nice.
I've had so little interactions with native Bahamutians (I talked to Raenryong one evening) that this merge hasn't really affected me, except for not being able to get out of the crowding at the Port Jeuno mog house very easily.
Yeah, I actually haven't found someone I can identify as someone from Ramuh (though its a growing trend to blame everything on Ramuh which I'm ok w/), other than Atoreis who was in an EXP ally I joined, and eventually got kicked for being afk!
If anything, I have found less competition in Abyssea when farming. I think I got like four free Heqets last night, which is definitely different than I remember. No free Gukumatz though![]()
Its easy to spot some Ifrit people on Odin...Winners that change their name from say Scott to Scottifrit (just makin that up) or how basically all our ls names got taken, so theyre now ____FromIfrit or whatever
All this Titan talk makes me want to reactivate. I knew the fact that we were backwater wasn't going to mix well with another server.
I remember back when I was part of a homam merc group, I shouted once to find buyers. All these NAs would ask for prices and when I told them, they thought I was out of my mind. Meanwhile the JPs were more than happy to pay. Seriously, other than a handful of NA players, they're all a bunch of cheap bums who think 1 million gil is a lot of money.
Oh well, it was home.
That's just how most servers are gonna be. The types of people you find loitering and shout bickering in port jeuno are not gonna be the cool types of people who are like, you know, out there playing the game. So they stand out as easily visible, but the cool people with a clue don't because they're not as obvious. I've just avoided Port Jeuno.
Port Sandy as a home point is <3
