Yeah, that's a local story for me. They've had the other kids in their care taken away for foster care, and frankly I'd suggest cheerfully throwing the book at them for manslaughter.

It's no different than claiming "religion" was a good reason to starve or otherwise torture a child under your care to death. You need to be removed from society, contact with children, and made a brilliant example to others that God helps those who are smart enough to take advantage of His works. Like modern medicine. You want to kill yourself for lack of it, be my guest. You don't get to do that to children who can't decide for themselves.
