“Pippi Longstocking” actress Tami Erin is reportedly shopping her sex tape after a brief -- and what she said was fruitless -- attempt to keep the X-rated film private.

TMZ reports the 39-year-old thespian, who notably starred in the 1988 movie, “The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking,” has given up trying to stop her ex-boyfriend from hawking the video.

"My ex-boyfriend is trying to release it with or without me. I'm beating him to the punch," she told the site.

Erin, who was 14 years old when she found fame as the red-headed, freckle-faced, mischievous girl, is now willingly fielding offers from porn companies and likely plans to sell the tape to the highest bidder, TMZ reports.

In August, Erin told “TMZ Live" she was furious over the tape's potential commercial release, mustering all manner of invective and vitriol in labeling her ex-boyfriend, as well as his efforts to sell it.

Interestingly, Jasmine Waltz – who released a homemade sex tape "RealJasmine" in 2011 – told us recently that anyone with a sex tape out there has to give consent before it can be released, no matter what.

“You absolutely cannot do anything without your consent," Waltz told us. "Not your mother’s, father’s, boyfriend’s consent. It is your signature."

A woman in northern China has had to receive hospital treatment after a snake preserved in rice wine jumped out of the bottle and bit her hand.

According to the Global Times, the surprise attack happened when the woman, surnamed Liu, from Shuangcheng went to top up the bottle with more wine.

Remarkably, the snake, which had been pickling for three months, was still alive.

Liu, who received treatment at a local hospital for inflammation, had bought the snake wine to try and cure her rheumatism.

It is a widely held belief in China that such wines boast medicinal properties

This is not the first incident of a pickled snake seemingly coming back to life.

One Mr Zhang of Hubei Province was bitten by a snake in 2009 that had been preserved in a bottle of rice wine for two months.

While in 2001, a villager from Guangxi Zhuang died a day after being bitten from a pickled snake.

Considering they put this thing back up in a quick minute, im guessing all the shortcuts they took caused it somehow.

It was an electrical fire that started in an area that was not rebuilt after Sandy. They did have to tear down portions of the rebuilt boardwalk to keep the fire from spreading though.

When 8-year-old Labrador mix Terfel started losing his eyesight, he was diagnosed with cataracts and began confining himself to his bed to avoid bumping into things.

But then his owner, Judy Godfrey-Brown, let a stray cat into their North Wales home and something amazing happened.

The cat, named Pwditat, approached Terfel and seemed to sense that he couldn’t see. Using her paws, she coaxed him out of his basket and led him out into the garden.

"Pwditat immediately seemed to know that Terfel is blind through some sort of sixth sense that animals have,” said Anne Cragg, a friend who looked after the animals when Godfrey-Brown was in the hospital.

“They’re fantastic friends. They really love each other. They are glued to each other and even sleep together now," she said.

Today, the unlikely pair is virtually inseparable and Pwditat serves as Terfel’s seeing-eye cat, guiding the blind dog around the house and through the garden — and proving that dogs and cats really can be friends.
