No, in Maz's eyes every shooting should have it's own thread. It was lightly touched on in another thread and he feels it's a tragedy that this shooting among all the others that have happened in the last two weeks each don't have it's own thread. I.E. Mazmaz being Mazmaz again.

A huge 9-foot-long great white shark was eaten by an even bigger “mystery sea monster,” according to scientists.

Researchers had tagged the healthy shark to track its movements as part of a study, but were shocked when the tracking device washed up on a beach in Australia four months later.

Data captured on the device showed there was a rapid temperature rise from 46 degrees to 78 degrees Fahrenheit along with a sudden, sharp 1,902-foot plunge.

The researchers believe the data proves it was eaten by something much bigger, saying the temperatures recorded indicate that the shark went inside another animal’s digestive system.

The only theory they have so far is that that shark was gobbled up by a “colossal cannibal great white shark.”

School shooting at Reynolds High School in Troutdale, OR. This is far east Multnomah County in the Portland metro area. SE 257th @ SE Stark St. No deaths reported, one gunman dead, another found in a nearby church and no word on the third and final gunman. Today is the last day of classes and the seniors were all gone already, so there were not very many students there.

My mom works at that school and of course she probably left her phone in her purse in the classroom when they were evacuated.

Update: As per usual, stories are changing by the minute. They are reporting a single shooter in a locker room is dead now. Unknown number of injuries and/or deaths until PIO releases a statement.

The confusion about additional shooters was because of more guns found on 2 other students during a patdown of students being escorted out of the school. Apparently carrying a gun to school for "protection" is actually a thing.

Already have one family member upset about the shooting. Not because, you know, people got killed or hurt but because it might affect his ability to "keep his AR".

Per the Washington Post: "Since 13 people were killed at Columbine High School in 1999, Congress has passed one major law strengthening gun control in the aftermath of a mass shooting." All that essentially did was add more records to the background check system to filter out the mentally ill and felons. Overall, shootings have had the opposite effect, Most states respond by loosening gun restrictions.
