She was in the wrong and deserves to be laughed at for being ridiculous. That picture speaks a thousand words, throwing a crying tantrum because she didn't want to identify herself, come the fuck on =\
"Sorry officer, I don't believe in giving you my name!"
Yep
Sucks to get hassled for straddling your bf and making out with him, but whatever.
First time i ever went down on a girl was in the back of her car in a parking lot at like 2 am. Got interrupted midway by a cop rapping on the window. He pulled me aside and said, and I quote "I'm a red blooded American man, I understand what you're doing here but you've gotta find a better place to do it."
Apparently, TMZ actually has photos of them having sex in the parking lot.
These guys have been pretty active in helping out recently. Since when has TMZ suddenly become the White Knights of the celebrity world?
I don't think taking pictures of people having sex in a car makes anyone a white knight.
It gets clicks to their crappy site. That's all they care about. Any whiteknighting is purely coincidental, I assure you.
I don't even know what to say. So many fails on so many levels...
Justice Department sides with 14-year-old girl raped while serving as 'bait' in middle school sting
"(The girl) immediately reported the incident to Simpson, a teacher's aide, who suggested that (the girl) meet (the boy) in the bathroom where teachers could be positioned to catch him 'in the act' before anything happened. (The girl) initially refused, but then acquiesced."
.....
"Vice-Principal Dunaway testified that (the girl) was responsible for herself once she entered the bathroom," wrote federal attorneys.
Right, because a woman stating she had been raped, or going to the doctor and having a rape kit done, isn't enough to punish someone for the act. That disgusts me.Blair rejected the aide's recommendation that the boy be constantly watched, "and told Simpson that (the boy) could not be punished because he had not been 'caught in the act,' short-hand for the school's policy that students could not be disciplined without substantiation of student-on-student misconduct."
Shouldn't have sucked at the sting operation and agreed to it
I'm sure that's sarcasm, but I'll use this comment anyway to point out one of the things that disgusted me the most. They used a special needs kid as bait. Even if you were to agree with using someone as bait, who the hell would think a special needs kid is the right choice for this operation?
Using anyone as bait is a terrible idea. What could go wrong?
Oh, just a woman being emotionally scarred for the rest of her life? That's no big deal. Apparently.
Yeah this whole thing disgusts me, and I know I already said that but christ.
Men can get raped too did you guys know that
No one is arguing that.
Right, but at what point do they consider it "caught in the act" before they are convinced he did something wrong? It's just a stupid rule. There are plenty of crimes that you don't have to be caught doing in order to be charged and/or punished for them. I don't get why this was even a thing.
