The bad part is when you listen to the audio the wife knew about it, but didn't know how many times it happened and didn't do a damned thing about it. They are going through a big divorce and it makes you wonder if she is digging to get him to look worse than he already is.

Seems she handed it over to the police right away and is saying she wasn't involved in this leak. I read on another article that the police said they couldn't find a 'verified' victim in 2012 when they first got the tapes but are, I guess, going to start looking again.

I also get the impression from this article that the confessions were of incidents from the '70s. I don't know anything about law, but would it be too late for them to do anything about it if that's all they have him confessing to?

On a 7th heaven related note, the youngest daughter grew up into quite the cutie. The eldest married Timberlake, but you never hear anything about the other two, wonder what they do with their time nowadays.

Yes, much too late. Statute of limitations is only a few years, depending on the state.
