Your scientists pieologists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.
short version:
50 cent follows this guy around making fun of him for being high on something. One of 50's followers recognizes the kid as a friend of his with severe mental disabilities. Kid is probably going to sue, and 50 is in deep, deep shit with the internet.

taking him to court for what
dude didnt get fired did he? disciplinary action?
Who knows. Public humiliation or something, beats me. People can sue for anything nowadays.
According to the article he followed the guy around and harassed him. Harassment is a thing, it doesn't always have to be physical/sexual...
Also libel is something that could be brought up as well for characterizing the guy as being on drugs when he was not as that could effect the guys ability to get or keep a job in the future. (that one is a little bit more of a stretch though)
What a dumbass (@50 cent)
Really hate people who can't mind their own business and feel the need to harass people in public for whatever reason, especially a rich famous loser like 50 cent who thinks he's untouchable. Hope he gets sued for every cent he has. Poor kid was just doing his job, he doesn't need to deal with some ghetto idiot who thinks he has the right to publicly humiliate him on the internet like that for being different
lol 50 is no different than most of your favorite celebrities, he just doesn't have a filter. The dude has been on countless podcasts and interviews saying ignorant shit before, you aren't going to see much more from this than maybe some small settlement or a public apology that will be heartfelt, I am sure.

HS football player charged after exposing himself in yearbook team photo
PHOENIX — A dare that landed a spot in a school yearbook is also landing one athlete behind bars.
Police say that Hunter Osborn, 19, a football player at Red Mountain High School in Mesa, Arizona, exposed himself during a team picture.
School officials did not notice the exposure until it was printed in the school yearbook. The picture was also printed in the football program that is sold at games.
...yeah, that's pretty much something some HS football players would do.
Our justice system is so fucking retarded. The dude flashed his junk for a picture, and now his life is ruined. Over a penis. Something that 50% of the population has. Jesus fucking Christ.
Except there are laws about indecent exposure....
He could have put his hand in his pants and stuck his fingers thru to symbolize a penis, and his life wouldnt be ruined.
Listen to the statist, son. The law is the law.
I've always thought following the letter of the law is retarded. Intent and harm are pretty important when determining just punishments.
Did he intend to cause anyone any harm?
No, it was a harmless prank. He's a dumb teenager
Was anyone inadvertently harmed by seeing a pixelated penis in the photo? (doesn't seem like anyone even noticed while it was happening)
No (and if they did, they should probably seek counseling)
No harm = no foul, he should have a couple of days of suspension in school and given a stern talking to about inappropriate pranks in school but no legal action should be taken. No one was traumatized by seeing a dick nor did he seek to make anyone traumatized
I don't care how many counts of "indecent exposure" he's technically charged with, it's ridiculous. Most laws are dumb when applied literally and to the letter in every single case, indecent exposure laws weren't meant for this (just like sex offender laws aren't made for people who get caught peeing in a bush, but that still happens)
The only thing I'd say about that situation is, how did nobody notice?
They took the picture, edited it (key part here), fucked around with it during placement, processing, etc., printed it on multiple outlets...
and yet never once did anybody throughout this whole process look at the pictures? s:
