I understand his attitude that a lot of times the media and public tends to really go overboard with these things blowing them out of proportion, sentencing people without basically any evidence etc especially if you are a man. So often there is a need to read such stories more critically and maybe check the links and/or other sources. And in fact I did just that. But they found the dude by seeing his homemade child porn on a site for such. Shit is as open and shut as it gets. Only way for this to be any more open and shut is if he had done it on live tv and somehow I almost think that would still get argued at this point.

And as far as the whole rape vs molestation. Sure the latter is less severe and deserves a less severe punishment. Like that 10 years instead of 25 sounded reasonable... well then of course add on time for production and distribution of course. But no time dafuq? Does a crime have to be as severe as possible for it to matter? Feels like a giant but did you die? Only not ironically

And who cares if they remember it or not or how traumatized they will be. Criminal law gives no fucks about that. Besides you know they will never be allowed to forgot and will live forever knowing that video evidence of it is probably always going to be out there somewhere on the internet. Fuck if someone told me there was a vid of some dude fucking me as a kid I'd definitely be a bit messed up over it even being reasonably sure that didn't happen

What Blubb said was rage inducing to me on many levels. One of my x's who i'm friends with, her husband molested her kids. I had a suspicion he was a pedo but no evidence and didn't say anything. Eldest mentioned something to a doctor about it (she was maybe the age of the kid this teen molested and video taped) and he got arrested and was found out he did. Friend lost the kids cause "she should have known" though she was able to retain visitation when her mother took custody of them. I have zero tolerance for any condoning of child molestation.

Well, it triggered me on two fronts. First as a parent. Secondly my sister literally works on the front line fighting child porn. Knowing the sacrifices she makes emotionally (and all law enforcement that has to review evidence and chase scumbags like him in general), the story alone was bad enough. But to then have some douchebag who literally knew jack shit about it spew that out of his anus was a bit much.

Technically speaking the actions of a molester are often not so different from what an entirely normal parent does. TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Police are investigating after they say a kindergarten student in New Jersey's capital city brought 30 packs of heroin to school.

Police were called to the International Academy of Trenton on Monday.

Police tell The Trentonian newspaper a teacher thought the 5-year-old was playing with a candy wrapper when she looked in his lunchbox and found 29 other packets of the drug.

The boy was taken to a hospital, where he tested negative for opiates.
