Needing some Graphic Design/ AE intro work done

I'm looking to have some work done for a new site/web series I'm starting. I don't currently have the time/tools to make it myself so if you're into it and have the time there may be a monetary reimbursement if required, send me a message or reply here with some stuff you've done. I'm needing this asap and have the ideas etc already I just need it flushed out to content. I've been asking around friends but no luck so far so I figured there's a bunch of smart creative people here maybe one has time. Thanks in advance.

Needs more details. An arising problem is that most people these days think the "graphic designer" title automatically means knowing HTML, Flash, and CSS. Are you actually looking for web design or UI design?

I'm looking for some logo/banner/background designs for a website/youtube/twitter pages etc, then some after effects work for video intro/outro.
