Well, KorraxMako, I guess it's been set in motion.
Pro-bending looks a bit like a fusion of boxing and... dodgeball?

FFFF holy fuck ep 2 was good. Need 4 books again...
Shit is still funny and as awesome as ever.
Oh hi Zuk... I mean Mako...
I love how they mix different animals, sports, etc in this world and create something new but recognizable.
Sigh, now I have to find a box set of the 1st series and re-watch it D:
The quality of the animation is what I love too. It's really good. Looks like Mike and Bryan learned a lot from A:TLA, and that's awesome for us. Gah this looks so good.
And I don't pay attention to shipping. I just try to ignore it and go with the flow.
Yeah, they really stepped their game up form TLA, the the animation's been gorgeous.
And something about the music, too. I can't place my finger on it, but it feels like it's got more substance, thus far.
How did the Fire Ferrets win their last game? Thought they were down 2-1 -- is it an auto win if you knock out all 3 players? (Might be a bit early to ask since it's only been 1 episode with it..)
http://korranation.tumblr.com/post/1...and-the-legend Bryan goes through the entire explanation of pro-bending.
So the Ferrets won since they knocked all 3 members of the opposing team off the field? Makes sense. Guess the 4th light signals who wins the match then.
Yeah, and it's a great explanation. This game seems so fun.
And yeah, seems like a best two out of three unless you knock the other team completely out.
No one? Mako = Zuko grandson... come on!
lol
no.
Also, as bad as shipping is, it's hilarious as fuck sometimes. I love everyone saying the Mako/Korra thing is like a 'make-up' for the non-Zutara shit in the first series. I'm like "What the fuck? How is this even close to that at all?"
People making comparisons to how Zuko was.. and save for the fact of their age, and them being firebenders.. they're really not alike at all. Mako, in one episode already did something Zuko didn't do until nearly the end of the series... admitted he was wrong about something. That alone makes him completely different than Zuko, Haha.
I really don't see it either. Sure they're both determined as hell, but unlike Zuko, Mako isn't blinded by his ambition like Zuko was throughout a majority of the first series.
Well, Mako wouldn't even be Zuko's son anyways. I would assume that Zuko would have taught his son/daughter better than what he was taught and the way he was brought up.
