    I think the finale will go one of two ways. Either Korra defeats Amon and the cliffhanger is we see the spirit who him how to take away people's bending, who gets away; or Korra loses her bending and spends the early part of season 2 being forced to finally embrace the spiritual side of being the avatar, since only someone from the spirit world can restore her.

    Yeah, I heard the Promise in general (being written by a fan of Zuko/Katara and who's... messed stories up a bit) is a bit meh with contrived angst and what not, but those few pages looked fun. Wonder what significance Kori will play. Well.. other than the whole trying to kill Zuko from part 1 I think

    That's what I was thinking, maybe a warning of what may be coming or something. Tarlok and Yakone certainly seem to be related, whether it's father/son.. or grandson, what have you. They both blood bended for sure if that flashback's any indication. Hurts to see our Gaang in such distress

    Yeah, he was definitely blood bending the entire courtroom, Toph and aang included. I'm guessing this flashback takes place before the other one though, where Aang goes avatar state.
