If I find a weight loss show and there's nothing on and I'm watching TV and it's raining out and my roommate is playing a retarded game/watching bad tv and i don't have anything better to do and the nile has flooded this cycle and the moon is a waxing gibbous and i've just recently eaten and i'm wearing new shoes then I stop and watch The Biggest Loser/Shedding for the Wedding/etc.

I watch the biggest loser but mostly because eating while it's on makes the food so much better.
