A lot to read through, And I've probably missed a few pages. I'd start from the beginning.

I hope that legion adds exclusivity to this game again. Shit should be the way it was when hnm linkshells camping shit all day, and how most people werent even able to be a part of it.
Is there a post in that thread about the DEV Team testing TH9? I swear it came a little after that.
Perhaps that was a completely different thread though.
Edit: To be specific, The Dev team went out and took a sample of 1000 Kills wit TH9, and TH8, to prove TH9 > TH8 (yah...), But the way they did this was giving a MNK/WHM (or something) an Item with TH+9, and TH+8.
implying TH+9 = TH3+6 and so forth. Otherwise they'd be handing us irrelevant and skewed information.
Less skilled people would have no problem bringing a RDM to back up a WHM with regards to heals in new Nyzul and I predict RDM will be the job claiming that slot.
Sure, the ideal group would setup as you suggest but you haven't seen how bad pickup mages can be.
BST? BST competes in a sea of DD so why would anyone choose a BST over the top DD or the utility of classes like BLU/DNC? Stuns trump what BST brings to the table and even PUP would bring more to the table than a BST in New Nyzul / Legion.
Once again, killer instinct will be insanely powerful if used by an intelligent bst who carries around multiple pets. Just due to that one buff, bst has no reason to complain.
You know what?
I completely and wholly 100% agree. It's stupid that I'm sitting here, thinking of possible ways to balance the different zones, so that they're all equally attractive, when the answer is so fucking simple.
FUCK PROCS.
(in before they throw procs into nyzul, salvage, etc. -.-; )
Stupid th nerf. It's not like pets are that strong. Sure on eps they tear stuff up but just get to DC and they suck so hard my bst generally keeps hate just meleeing... and that's in full pet haste/pdt so it has about as much haste as me.
This only reduces the amount of currency that enters the system and changes nothing. All it does is hurt relic upgraders only.

Considering Spirits/Elementals: They want to release higher Tier spells for them (II and III, wtf that ever means). Comparing Avatars with Spirits, we know our players think Avatars are stronger then Spirits in genreal, that is why we wont focus too much into spirits, but would rather invest the time to Focus more on the Avatars.
2. Paragraph: some blablabla about People wanting things (shit ideas basicly) and the respond to those Ideas is that the Dev-Team would love to say yes to everything but they cant ignore the Implementing Time (Time-Table) and the Dev-Costs.
3. Paragraph: Considering Job-Adjustments to SMN, we do think that Spirits leave the biggest rooms for adjustments open atm (wtf they just said before they dont watn to focus too much on spirits). Thinking about the Future it is still to early to erase (yes erase) the merit points for "Spirit casting time". We will implement Tier II and III spirit spells and think we can balance the perpetuation costs for them.
Called it.Hey everyone.
I followed up with the development team to get an answer as to whether or not you need to already possess the rare/ex item to obtain a ticket. They said that you will in fact need to have the item in your possession and they are not planning to make it so you can give a ticket to someone else when you could obtain the actual item.
Also, to clarify the original post; each piece of gear will have their own ticket (and I've amended the original post for clarity). I've also seen questions about "will this apply to Heavy Metal Plates, too?" and the answer is no, this is currently planned for equipment pieces only.
I think its gonna hurt relic armor upgraders as well, less TH = less forgotten items etc.
Terrible implementation of a ticket system.
