Arise is mad garbage though. Who doesn't have a rr set for pld these days. Twilight has rr already and arise is just r3 with rr added. Its not that great to warrant a extreme rare drop. Now if they stuck with their original plan of having arise be a raise spell that removes weakness completely... Then I wouldn't mind it dropping from nyzul floor 100 or ADL. It does shorten weakness timer a little though... But still. I hope to god that meteor is good though and I'm excited for a possible divine might 2.0 bcnm.
Not all jobs can use twilight and not everybody idles in twilight thank god. Sometimes things are going to do an AoE and 1 shot everybody so arise will be helpful. S:

Considering that there are no casting stats what-so-ever on Claustrum, it would be a complete waste to cast it with one even if it had it on it. No one makes Claustrums because they are worthless trash, tying a spell that everyone wants onto a useless item would make people rage quit, with good reason.
Massacre Elegy on a Gjallarhorn is less infuriating because at least the horn enhances what a Bard is supposed to do, sing songs. Claustrum just un-enhances your gil supply.

I really hoped that with the level cap increase SE would add meaningful mage stats to both Claustrum and Hvergelmir. It's confusing why such time consuming weapons don't give a more significant bonus to the mage jobs. Hvergelmir has 1 use and that's TP Wing for a mini convert. On smn can even melee with it on trash mobs when avatar is tanking, but blm and sch can never realistically use it that way. Claustrum is just.... why? Again, probably its only use is the refresh aftermath which again would require a TP wing to use in any worthwhile fights. I really can't fathom what SE's original intent was when creating these weapons.
I guess it's time to build that Pandemonium Warden pop set and a Dorje. Maybe even get my mythic wheels grinding in Lavateinn's direction. MAB magian staff seems like a waste of effort with as easy as Pandemonium Warden is to beat nowadays.
