It can also be a pain in the ass when any of the following apply in order of most annoying
1: The AH is out
2: The region is controlled by Beastmen
3: The item doesn't come from anything else but the guild (see #5)
4: Sand d'Oria is in 3rd, so Aveline is a useless-er elvaan.
5: The guild is out and doesn't/is very slow to restock. Or it's a guild holiday, and the guild is the only source left this becomes time sink numero uno.
I made some nice money when Urchin Sushi rolled around at the GP item for the first day by virtue of people not wanting to drag their asses out to Bibiki Bay for the fish. I spent a good 30 minutes getting from my HP, to there via Attohwa maw, waiting for the bitch to open because it was a guild holiday, warping back, then getting to Windurst. Then I had to synth all the damn things.
I can understand why people want to not lose TP when a mob is ranged, but given this is SE we're talking about, it'll turn around and apply to mobs, too.
Doesn't it already?
He's saying if SE changes it for players, it'll be the same for mobs.
Which really wouldn't affect anything for the majority anyway. God forbid anyone kites a mob or ganks hate from a distance without means of saving their own ass these days anyway.
Spoiler: show
mobs can already beat on you from beyond max distance. If anything, the monster wouldn't have to stand still to TP, making certain kite fights much more interesting.
Off the top of my head, I'd range tonberries when they tried to Throat Stab. There's other little shit like that. Maybe not "END OF TEH WORLD!" in today's endgame, but it is something that does affect mobs.
Mobs don't lose TP when you outrange their TP moves, though, so it wouldn't affect them at all.
Since when?
So apparently some DRG and SMN adjustments are getting pushed back because Meteor kept them busy... they sure have their priorities straight.
Apparently just the final chapter will have the capped-lights thing also that they mentioned a couple months ago. Probably still need cells for the +150% bonus though. ;/
So wtf do we have for this month besides Ch4 VW and Legion? Last month's update was enough to keep me from resubscribing. Curious if this one will continue to do the same until I see something new of interest worth doing.
Still no update date? Or did I miss it?
26th.
I'm having a hard time getting the gist of this JP post, but my JP friend says it's about adding Bahamut as an summon in the future.
I'm not going to hold my breath about Bahamut. They still haven't added Cait Sith and Atomos.Hello. Summoner for the Final Fantasy series, Bahamut summons is one dream I think, feeling that someday I want to do as we are not a little thing there. However, until you realize summoned Bahamut, there are some current issues. One is for the graphics data to the monster. Bahamut battlefield in a way that appeared in the amount of data is very large, such as to reduce the display size simply does not stand to use, it will recreate a new one from scratch for the summons. Another is where, as a major concern, or to set how much further to the strength of very annoying. I think in the perspective set, Bahamut, and must be very, very strong presence, or on the image to achieve Bahamut envision anyone. (. I think at a time, but I thought because ...... what was weak for the summons, it would not still) If you set the strength commensurate with it at present, it becomes power highly disruptive to design so it becomes difficult sometimes, also called Baka subsequent, here must be especially careful 'sake. We also view it in that sense is now also a time still early. That is why I think, immediately I do not live up to your expectations, or when you want to achieve for Bahamut is, as the target distant future plans, and when you put it in the long run.
10 years is too soon? Wth are they smoking?
Oh wait, we're talking about the same devs that are pushing back adjustments that affect everyone in order to introduce a spell that most won't ever use in their life.
Even if they do add Bahamut he'll require both SMN 2hrs active, a full allliance of SMNs+1 extra (just because) and have a recast of 2 years.
I could see them doing Bahamut just like they did Meteor, that would be pretty cool honestly. Same dmg potential as well!
Blabla Summoning Bahamut is like a dream for summoners in the ff series
They're considering adding Bahamut but there are some issues.
Firstly with the size of the model, so if they introduce him as a summon a new model is required.
Secondly balance. They want Bahamut to live up to the expectation of him being powerful, balancE issues etc.
Won't happen so soon but it's a possibility in the cards
