Be nice if they gave the mobs lootpools, a la PW/caturae, with a rather low drop rate on the uniques they drop. THF becomes useful with their "vastly overpowered TH trait" that SE deems is why THF will always be treated as a third string DD.

The problem with VW is it either fucks you in the ass* or it doesn't. PreVW there where instances of the RNG being unkind, yes. But they were statistically aberrations. VW has no analogy to even draw a comparison, any reward system that operated in meatspace like VW wouldn't be considered a 'reward' system. If you can't predict something, eventually the fatigue will overtake you. It's just a question of how long.

And judging by the lowered # of traffic to XI related sites I'd wager that unless they change that shit, the answer is not much longer.

The only bad thing about VW honestly (drop wise) is that when the gear drops, it can go to someone with 0 use for it. If you could add drops to a treasure pool, LSs would be completely capped on gear for people that need it fairly quickly. Damn quicker than that 30% drop rate once a week (For the entire server, not just your group) that people had to deal with for 3-4 years (which ignores that noone did einherjar till like a year after it came out).

Quick question with Einherjar. Maybe I was misunderstanding, but people plan on doing T3 > Odin > T3 > Odin to be able to pay for feathers with minimal ampoule loss (or possible gain or w/e). But are they changing how you access the higher tiers now? You used to need the clears from the lower tiers to access the higher ones, and maybe I misread it, but I havent seen any plans to change that (although i'm sure you would only need 1 feather instead of all 3, similar to the odin access change).

No, you dont need mark KI to enter any chamber. Anyone can enter any chamber once a reservation is made, with the exclusion of Odin requiring one feather per wing.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that if someone with 3/3 t1 feathers and no marks reserves a t2 chamber, the only people who can enter would have to have the mark, or have 3/3 feathers as well, and I'm saying thats not the case.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying that if someone with 3/3 t1 feathers and no marks reserves a t2 chamber, the only people who can enter would have to have the mark, or have 3/3 feathers as well, and I'm saying thats not the case.
