Seriously, one of the biggest cop-outs for "we are too lazy to test this properly to make sure it's ok to allow access to these weapons."
Excal wouldn't overpower BLU, Spharai wouldn't overpower PUP, Anni wouldn't really do jackshit for COR, Mandau wouldn't overpower DNC, but man, Claustrum would make SCH so good; my Hvergelmir just isn't cutting it you know ...

Wouldn't get too excited since it'd just be Early Beta Stats... Since almost everytime stuff like that (NeoNyzul, VWNM Abjur) is added, The stats on the final release almost always differ.

The JP mine I saw only had items (like usable/crafting items), no armor/equipment.

Seems like they'd be getting ahead of themselves adding new Salvage armor before adding the meeble burrows rewards.
If you look at the stats on some of the weapons such as the guns, both 99 Relic and Emp have the same damage rating of 76.
So the only difference is:
Anni occ deals triple damage. Arma occasionally deals double
Anni has +40 r.acc/r.att. Arma has +20agi (which lends to the stat mod for wildfire and adds r.acc)
Anni has a WS that fires with low enmity and reduces enmity during aftermath. Wildfire generates low enmity based on TP.
So both guns are somewhat identical. I guess to them, their reason for not adding COR would be that +40 r.att/30 r.acc would be too powerful for COR to have which is kind of silly because we spent quite a bit of time leveling in abyssea juiced up on Atmas.
Why don't they just allow it on the test server and monitor things and make an informed decision based on the results? To me it just sounds like they haven't tested it and are just theorizing that it would be "overpowered".
It's all because of Pup. Getting counter on Pup would break everything.

There could be a programming reason behind it. It might be that it would literally break the game, and they're too lazy to fix whatever the problem is/cop to it.
i'd go with that too.. and perhaps redundancy of design..
but no job should only have Mythic as its possible legendary weapon to upgrade to (technically, not practically) so I'd fully expect them to release either new super weapons (ala pulse weapons) for RNF and GEO or introduce a 4th legendary tier set of weapons by the end of SoA.
