I'm not sure they let you do it with a 0 Crysta balance, but you can try. Just choose "Transfer" and "Crysta" and see if it lets you get away with it.

Exactly my plan. Transfer, choose the Crysta route, don't actually add Crysta, see if I still get wand. Not that it matters, because unless SE makes some changes to the billing system (something I don't expect to happen until after Sept 1st, when they will finally realize how much income they just lost), I won't be back in the game to actually check for it, pick it up, or use it.
I know that they let me transfer it in with an amount of Crysta that caused it to go inactive when the bill hit, but I'm pretty sure they forced me to add Crysta before they considered the Transfer complete.

SAM has no native magic skill either, yet all the joys of parry. Does parry actually null tp gain for the mob? I assume it would, so parry has no interrupt AND no tp gain? While MNK gets another subtle blow trait, yippee.
/sighWe are thinking about adding something along the lines of increasing the effect of Chakra through Boost. It might be good if we added a Regen effect when using Boost in conjunction with Chakra which would get more powerful the more times you Boost.
Just make Chakra II, up the potency and add some more enfeebles I can remove with it (Plague for starters, been annoying me since 2005/2006).
