I can't imagine that the new Drk ability will last longer than restraint. The only thing that's odd is the wording of "After taking approximately half of your current HP in damage, your damage output increase by over 20%!" So each time do you renew the ability do you need to take 50% of your max hp, or total current hp? Maybe it's just based on the difference between current and max hp instead of taking damage like Whm stances.

So a question on this DRK ability. Does it remove 50% of your max HP, say leaving you at say, 750/1500 and able to be healed up, or does it lower you HP cap so you are 750/750, similar to curse

Learn to read seriously. It's not lowering your HP. It's boosting your damage when you get damage. They gave you an example by how much after taking damage equal to about half of your HP.
It is straight boost to your damage otherwise they will say "after taking damage equal to half of their HP they saw +100 attack raise." and they didn't. They have used word "attack" in term of straight damage boost a few times by now ie: Ultion mantle, MNK af3+2 feet and head.
Name changes were made for the abilities:
DRK ability is now called 'Scarlet Delirium'
BST ability is 'Run Wild'
SMNs BPs are 'Soothing Ruby' and 'Shock Squall'
Merton is now called 'Kaustra' - Greek for 'funeral pyre' according to the forum -
Should have been changed to "Shocking Fail" not "Shock Squall".
Merton and Kaustra both sound dumb, shoulda just named it Ultima.

The development team tried looking into adding a skip cutscene feature, however, as there are ton of cutscenes it is not possible for them to add this to each and every one. The development team had a discussion based on all of your opinions and decided on the below in regards to relic equipment +2:
-Stats will be attached with static values
-Will be enhanced from a method other than synergy
-After enhancing the equipment, the level at which they can be equipped will be increased
-Will be increasing the difficulty more than we originally planned
*The implementation timing won’t be in time for the upcoming version update and is currently under consideration.
We carefully examined each comment in regards to the stats being random or static.
As a result, we came to our conclusion based on the strength of your thoughts towards relic equipment and customized relic equipment (the symbolic aspects for each job as well as the difficulties of obtaining them), and also looking into having this equipment draw a line between other equipment.
The development team will be hard at work making sure that the people who asked for static and even the people who wanted random will have enjoyable content, so please look forward to this!

In regards to making new ammo, and making ammo more readily available in general, the development team is still looking into a variety of things, so please wait a bit more.
Currently the main reason high level ammo is not being circulated is due to the difficulty of obtaining the materials. We will be making adjustments in the upcoming version update so that these material items will be more prevalent and as a result the circulation of ammo should increase and prices should go down.
So no Relic +2 this patch. Interesting, I guess. Plenty of time to potentially get -1 pieces.

Organizing by spell element will be nice for BLU since SE can't be arsed to rearrange the spell table so we don't have shit out of order.
Relic+2 shit better be amazing if SE is really considering bumping the difficulty up, otherwise why bother other than blue box...
Way I looked at it was if it was done through farming>synergy you'd need to get lots of drops and in essence waste them with shitty augments then go farm more. By making it a static thing, you only need to collect the drop a set number of times, thus less time invested, so they need to make them harder to obtain and therefore more time invested lol. Remember, they get paid per month!
