Just to elaborate on this...I was fucking around in bcd[s] killing Ruszors on thf...I think I killed like 40, all with TH6 or greater, and didnt see a fang ever. How are you supposed to make Ruszor Arrows when the only way to get the material has a beyond stupid drop rate. (BLAH BLAH BLAH SAMPLE SIZES, I'd say 0 drops in 40 kills with TH6 is pretty bad). Then I killed another 20 trying to get Sub Zero Smash on blu (no TH this time) and still no fangs.
I've never understood their desire for extreme exclusivity on ammo, outside of limiting it to what (few it seems) crafters are left on the servers feel like charging. One shot ammo that needs to be used with unlimited shot? Yeah ok, that can be rare, but consumable ammo that's meant to be shot? Get out with that.
I like all the talk of job adjustments but right now most jobs are overpowered with the content and the way people play. It would be nice to see more about what they are adding for new challenges.
The way I read the "added difficulty" thing was that people didn't wanna deal with random augments, but they still want the armor to be good, so the devs said "Ok, you want it to be both good and static... we can do that, but we aren't going to make it easy for you."
You know after 9 years of punching the player base in the dick , you would think they would actually enjoy easy content as long as it lasts.
I still claim that SE has a wall of prosthetic testicles in their office, that they go up and lick every so often just so they don't forget the taste of balls in their mouth.

You need a lot of people, it is very, very hard, and the drops are absolutely abysmal. It's like CoP all over again.
I've never felt it to be terribly difficult, though I was taking a few months off to move when it was first released. We do VW and Haha on farm status with whoever's online at the time, though it is typically 12 or so players including mules.
The drop rates can choke on a dumptruck of dicks though. We have mules that have thrown away multiple armor drops, while a lot of our mains have never seen anything but vendor trash load into the box.
Have you ever tried farming it for the shitty NPCables instead of the bodies? Seems like a fool-proof way of getting the drops you don't want like mails and shit.
I was actually talking more on the lines of all the other rare/ex stuff that drops but that works too I guess.

More interesting than the 100% drop rate on the T4 trophies (which has been a long time coming, but better late than never), the first line of the JP forum quote says something like "it's as early as the end of August." What "it" is, I don't know, but I'd presume it's the version update...possible 8/29 update? I can't check the source thread on the official forums right now, so I don't know for sure what "it" is in reference to.

I haven't done voidwatch yet, simply because it's hard for me justify doing it because I recently returned to the game and have been working on just getting Abyssea stuff done for the last several months. The gear out of Voidwatch is absolutely awful when compared to the gear out of Abyssea. The challenge is good, but the rewards don't exactly inspire the playerbase like good old warrior body seals.
The dev is simply opening his post with a comment about the month coming to an end. There really is no reference to anything in there.
