Was anyone surprised? To answer your questions about the new red mage spell Temper...
This is going to be a self-target spell only and cannot be made into an AoE spell via SCH's Accession.

wat? Was it posted already?
RDM is dead to me.
Derp, I forgot about the Lycopodium quest. Scratch that then!
Well it's obvious that the Dev B-Team is back on. I was holding out some hope, but nevermind now.
I thought you couldn't get to the area between doors 1 & 2 with the Lycopodium, leaving a few chest spawns inaccessible.
Saur[S] -> Garlaige[S] -> Saur[S] Maw -> Garlaige Gate #3 Entrance -> Walk on Over.
Quicksands Cave change is kinda out of left-field though. Were there any other areas besides Eldieme that required multiple people?
I know there's a couple missions for CoP that required two people to open a door, and that's about it. Three for Newton entrance, but there are other means of getting into that zone.
I can imagine this to be something like:
New Quest: Weight of Giants
Start: RabaoI'm glad they're finally making this available.
NPC: Rumbling Tree
There is supposedly to be three stones that when in possession of them you will be as heavy as a Galka. It allowed non-Galkan visitors to get through various areas of Quicksand Caves. However, ever since the Antican took over Quicksand Caves, it is presumed to be lost.
My little friend, how would you like to help a big brute like myself to find these stones?
If they still exist, they would still be held at the following locations within Quicksand Caves. It would not surprise me if they fell into the hands of the Antican by now.
Method:
Find three "???" marks through Quicksand Caves in both Western and Eastern Altepa only to find them missing.
Defeat the Antican NM in possession of the three stones.
After winning the fight, you are awarded with permanent Key Item: Galkan Weighing Stones.
Like someone else said before, they should do the same for Garlaige Citadel now. Why? Because I know a lot of people not willing to go back to the past to go through Garlaige [S] to the back of Gate 3. Nor do I know many that even bothers to bring flowers with them to get past Gate 2.![]()
other annoying areas i'd like to see made more conveniently accessible would be sky doors being openable w/o running to monoliths and moreso, opening palace doors w/o doing the quasi runs. obviously, both can be run solo, but are nevertheless a slow nuisance that i'd just as soon do without.
YOUR QUEST RUINS THE LORE, FIRED.
No fair Being able to solo those panels was really the only thing Galkas had going for them.
