yo wait that could be you maybe
titanss im sad you got last second'ed by qalbert, provided i win this it would have been fun to square off against you again
Mert, you read Titus Andronicus? Richard III? Seen either of the film versions (the former starring Anthony Hopkins, the latter Ian MacKellan (sp?))?
Titus is baller, always makes me think of SCOTT TENORMAN MUST DIE
never saw a film version of it though, but yes I have seen the Richard III with Ian McKellen, honestly it was kind of weird because he gives the badass soliloquy while he is pissing, awkwarddddd
btw ian mckellen is like a shakespeare god, has done king lear and macbeth along with others (seen both of those too)
Patrick Stewart, too. My prof is some super famous Shakespeare scholar and she gets all this money and goes to see them perform all the time. They are bad ass.
Richard III movie was great because of the end, him falling into the fire with that song playing, awesome
Also, re: Titus, Aaron the Moor is the purest, most badass villain of all time. I think the line was "If ever I did a good deed I repent it thus", and said he'd do every evil thing a hundred times again. A+
ehhhhhhh dont get me wrong Aaron is pretty awesome, but there was an actual study done on Iago about the "motiveless malignity of evil" as Iago really never stands to gain anything from his actions either, and pretty much makes a quote similar to Aaron about "fuck ya'll, I aint gots to explain shit"
let me find it :rustle rustle:
Demand me nothing: what you know, you know:
From this time forth I never will speak word.
but i mean all of his villains are awesome, even richard III when he is hitting on Anne at the beginning of the play
yo i just killed your husband, bang me
WAS EVER WOMAN IN THIS WAY WOOED?
DEMAND ME NOTHING
for all your shakespeare needs,

shylock is good too, damn it there are too many awesome villains
Iago is a stronger villain, but he's manipulative; Aaron is open and out there about his evil
Shylock is arguably not even a villain
i like books and i dont care who knows, from measure for measure to inferno
