My grandpa worked for a long time at what was basically a quarry but as the rocks were dug out from under a huuuuuuuueg hill, it was used as a MASSIVE commercial refrigerated storage. We're talking like dozens of grocery store size rooms with tunnels you can drive semis through.

That's probably the smartest place I can think of to go, it's only a couple hours away.
