Hehe. I know it's completely counter-intuitive, but yes, Rambus is from an English-speaking country. He's either American or British - I never could quite nail it down (you try understanding wtf he talks about!). From what I remember, he lives in either Chicago or somewhere in the UK.

Your English is much better than that of many Americans I encounter on a daily basis. Then again, I do live in the American South.

I don't know know if it's dyslexia, but there's something definitely 'off' about Rambus. He never struck me as just a garden-variety idiot - there's something else going on. Dyslexia, Autism...I don't know. But something.

God I'm on page 9 of 33 in the update thread. What's with all the crying. Not to mention people aren't fucking READING the update notes properly.

I'm glad Rambus and Starcade aren't individuals I've had to deal with. They'd probably be the first two to hit my blist that are actually players.

Everyone speaks/writes English here to a certain extent though. And even though we are being quite americanized, I am stubborn and keep spelling certain words like they do in the UK - flavour, colour, neighbour, aluminium, etc etc etc

As for Rambus - most of the time his posts are so hard to read, I give up halfway through. And even if I manage to read through it all, I end up scratching my head wondering what he's really trying to say.
