I've already gone to jail once over this type of stuff -- hence my earlier comment on "psycho posts" which was removed.

Rational discourse does not work on those whose agendas are to cheat their way to absolute dominance. You call them out and you hold them answerable. If that doesn't work in the eyes of Square-Enix, then they have but one alternative: to remove those who call them out as "threatening" to the community of FFXI.

I guess it's probably already known around here but you can find out why he went to jail by googling the terms Michael Falkner and Starcade. There are a few links which can give you the full story.

He almost seems to wear what he did like a badge of honour. I think SE would be right to take him seriously.

He's not just full of spite, he's full of hate. Actually finding it a bit scary that someone who is that vocal and obvious about his hate, is playing this game. Although, in some ways it might be better than the quiet ones that come across as all nice on the surface, but again, this guy has been to jail for stalking and harrassment. And he plays FFXI. 15 year old girls play FFXI too... Thank god he isn't on Asura (anymore).

After reading some of the stuff on Google I rather feel sorry for the poor guy. He obviously has not gotten what he thought he would out of life and is very bitter about it. Sounds like he does need a friend. But not me I don't think.
