I don't really think it's because of better treatment, I think it's just because the Community team may not be comfortable with English. I haven't been lurking the official forums much, so they may do that on the NA side also.

Probably less bureaucracy too. Submit question -> get answer -> post reply compared to submit question -> translate question -> get answer -> translate answer -> etc. etc.

I know it's not true, but I'd like to believe that the Community Team encourages him so that he'll never shut up and therefore drive up page views. With his thick head and incessant need to post and nit-pick every single sentence that resembles even the mildest criticism of his jesus-like ideas, all of his threads are a guaranteed 20+ pages with thousands of views.
