You should go for some of the main criteria my sig focuses on...large, gay, and make fun of it before anyone else can.

I can't figure out how to do a lens flare in my old Paint Shop programme! That'd be totally perfect if I could get one though.

Filter > Render > Lens Flare. Also, find a smaller picture of the nation symbols and make them the same size (They'll be VERY blurry). You can also use sharpen after that to have a weird image.
