Over the years, the thing that has amazed me are the girls who play up the cutesy act, especially when you have them on Ventrilo. The high pitched voices and the "Ooo, could you help me pwetty pwease?"

Then they'd be dumb enough to post a real life picture of themselves someplace and turn out to be huge mountain trolls.

I can't play cute. I'm too sarcastic and cynical. Think Daria. I'm like Daria. And that comes through on vent. Not only that, cute girls have high pitched voices and giggle. Neither of those things apply to me.

It always did annoy the crap out of me when some new girl would get on vent and try that though. And then I'd be like, "You know, there's another woman on this vent channel, and you're making yourself look like a fucking idiot." Always good for a few lols.

Double standard though. Guys expect the cute routine, even though it annoys them that girls act stupid and beg for stuff, yet you get a woman who knows her shit and isn't afraid to show it or, heaven forbid, gets mad once, she's "the bitch" forever. And I've had guys actually ask me why I don't act cute. Uh, because it'd be an act. I'm not acting like an idiot on purpose. There are way too many people who are actual idiots for me to want to put myself under that umbrella.

Zeitzone is very persistent, generally the other retards give up after getting their asses handed to them for several pages straight. He/She/It seems to draw strength from the belief that all the German players are in agreement. I'm tempted to go bring up WW2 again just to watch the mayad.

I found it hilarious how that retard Nvr reported brew-locking as a cheat/glitch and the GM essentially told him fuck off we let brews do that on PURPOSE.

Annnnnyway, it's kind of wild looking at the two very distinct styles of retardation going on between the XI and XIV forums. With XI, you have people completely shunning and disagreeing with information that's been well known and concrete for years. XIV doesn't have these same sort of boundaries, so it's retardation without limits. There's very little to deter their fancy ideas about how to fix the game. Since essentially anything is possible, you have every little herp derp around the world chirping about how their ideas are pure genius.

I know it's not wholly on topic, but fucking amen. Hate chicks that act like that when it's bloody obvious that it's a fucking act. So much truth to this post, my wife got slammed with being a "bitch" forever because she lost her cool and laid into someone in our LS on vent way way back when.
