And there is much more stupid shit I have heard from people in shitty pick up groups.

Maybe it's just Cerberus, but I actually tend to get away with "I'm easily doing 75% of this party's damage so shut the fuck up and let me do what I want" when people say any of those things to me <_<. People just get quiet, and it is amazing. I have yet to get kicked from a party for it. Though I don't really exp that often anyways so it may just be lack of sample size. I only really take pickup groups when I want to bring a shit tier job like Pld from 80-90 for lulz and shiny town gear.

I do remember being in a party at the 85 cap, my BRD friend was getting reemed at because he wouldn't give the meleeing for TP RNG who had no shoes/rings/earrings/belt equipped Prelude, on top of the pulling, buffing melee and mages, and sleeping mobs that he was already doing.

Back on topic, but if anyone can read Japanese, they should check the JP forums and see if there's any of this NA "specialness" going on over there.

It was mentioned in another thread that the JP forums have a RDM-melee thread so I wouldn't be surprised if there was at least a comparable amount of stupid.

Edit: (For context) This was in the Thread in general requesting that the entry level for Abyssea be raised from 30 to 70.

need dat luna subligar for DE. also i missed the no gear swap part.

actively gimping oneself because mages might catch you in a blink? almost as bad as being told to take off atmas because you hit too hard!

my ninja is in a constant state of blinking in and out of gear... i havent recieved a complaint in the longest time. it helps me knowing that the last time i did get whined at was in a level 40 party, by a red mage who replaced real words with numbers and letters.

ive had that happen but it was being kicked from an alliance for fucking up lights on war , * i had just got access to 5hit with Ukko's* apparently even if the mobs slept and 100% hp its my fault for doing 6k+ dmg

I got the same kind of response the night I got mine. Got a Bluffalo party in Uleguerand and I got booted from the party after I killed a mostly undamaged one with Ukko's Fury (was at 95% when I WS'd it and it did 5.9k to it). Alliance leader went into this huge bitch fit about them not wanting any ruby lights since they "needed" only azure lights and that ruby light wasn't good for exp parties, and when I tried to explain that golden and ebon light would help reach the exp cap on the mobs faster, he had the leader of the party I was in boot me.

SE needs to add info about <stpt> and <stal> macros to the game tutorial or something. Complaining about blinking has been inexcusable for years now, disregarding BMN, and yet, so many people just have no idea.

Honestly would not be surprised if it was meant to be a troll post. I read the entire thread and he never responded, so he made that post and sat back and watched the shit fly. That doesn't make his post any better, but it definitely does have the markings of a troll.
