There is a minimum of ten characters that must be posted. It's a default option on a lot of vB forums I visit. So you can't just quote someone and go ^

So people count to ten to reach their minimum when all they really wanted to do was say, "This," or "+1" I think when we first moved BG to vB it was the same way, but thankfully Sonomaa changed it. There was also a retarded caps filter that made You Capitalize Every Word Instead Which Just Makes You Look Retarded.
