    I don't think that's an actual trailer for the movie, more like a summary of the earlier movies and some back story for the third build like a documentary. So it would be 3.

    3rd film confirmed, but no timetable for when it will be made. Director Joseph Kosinski currently is doing a Blackhole remake for Disney & has a movie called Oblivion that he is shopping around.

    Tron: Legacy came out a bit ago, came out on dvd yesterday.

    They can't cameo Dillinger 2.0 and not give him a role in a follow-up film.

    The DVD extra (and even Legacy itself), hinted that the junior Dillinger was at least a competent programmer, I can see him playing some manner of foil to the junior Flynn, if not outright antagonist.
