Support For Japan!

With the light of all the Disaster around, I wanted to start a petition and see if there is the support from the community.

As you know the servers will be shut down for at least a week and SE has already informed us that they won't be billing us for the April billing cycle.

So this is what I'm trying to propose:

They bill us for that time and use those funds that they would be bringing in to try to rebuild themselves.

I know that most have the 12-20 dollars and it's not that much to support them especially in their time of need.

So who's in?

In reply to the actual topic, instead of making a post here that will do nada, I sent the same suggestion to SE via twitter. And for those wondering why not just do it yourself ... peoplez be lazy yo! ... In all honesty, people tend to be more charitable when that charity stems from their laziness. While those who were gonna donate are, I have no doubt if people were given the choice (or forced) to pay for April for charity, you can bet some people who normally would be too lazy to do it on their own, might just click an accept button since their billing happens anyway.

Of course thats only true if the prompt were forced onto you on first logon and if neither option was defaulted, forcing you to click something. Put it down a path of POL windows and you'd probably achieve nothing.

Also, people keep talking about donations to Japan in this thread, but the title was misleading. It's donations to SE. I have no problem with that since I'm a fanboy.

Are you so blinded to believe that America's a saint for the world or something and everyone that goes against them are "evil?" the whole country is practically built upon violence... and if you think that the US's retaliation to Pearl Harbor was justified, then how can you excude the attack on Pearl Harbor? That was also during war time........

but none of that should matter... it's a natural disaster. No country should deserve a freaking 8.9/9.0 earthquake followed by a 30 foot tsunami followed by a nuclear reactor explosion
