Magic Defense Gear Swap Questions

So i have heard that INT and MND affects the damage you take from monsters casting spells on you. I would like someone to verify which one it is or both. Also if anyone has information on how much each INT or MND would lower the damage you take would be awesome. Thanks for your help.

INT will affect INT based spells (Typically elemental nukes). MND will affect spells such as Banish and Holy. In general, however, you want to stack Magic Damage Taken (MDT) down gear until 50%. After that, stack Magic Defense Bonus (MDB) gear. Lastly, INT or MND.

So i have heard that Advanced and Reading the Fucking stickies affects the bans you get from Isladar fucking banning you. I would like you to verify which one it is or both. Also if anyone has information on how much this ban would lower the damage to Isla's hope in humanity would be awesome. Thanks for your help.
