When I was a kid (yeah I'm old) and you got in a fight, that was the end of it. Nobody sued anybody, or went to counseling, or acted like bitches.

I don't think it's really that shocking that parent's would take action for their child getting fucking dropped, even if he was in the wrong. Like as awesome as it was I'm with Woozie in that goddamn I think he broke that kid, but I'm not going to feel too bad for him given what the video shows on top of what the apparent history is for the kid.

Pretty clear-cut self defense from looking at the video. Kid hits him, he doesn't fight back. Kid attempts to hit him again, he deflects it. Kid comes at him again and he throws down, then leaves him be once it's clear the kid is not going to continue fighting him.

And the kid didn't look like he was in a lot of pain either (surprising in a way considering the dislocated knee), heck you can see him smile for a brief moment near the end.

I guess I caught just the beginning of this wave when I was in elementary school. I would fite niggaz, both of us get suspended for 2 days at most and then back in classes but no lawsuits.
