Nope, rules remain intact from the section it was posted in. If you get post count for it, that post count remains when it's graveyarded. If you don't in that section it should still remain the same. If spamometer updated more often I could do a quick confirmation test but I have no clue when it runs or how many posts I have outside of that thread the last 24h
