    Abyssea is ok too as long as it's something actually hard to solo not some lolQutrub.

    Wonder how much easier the ToAU beastmen leaders would be now.
    We cleared Medusa and the Troll on the weekend. Group of 12 with a couple of empys thrown in and they were cake. Adds are the biggest problem with low-manning them, PLD super tanked them quite easily with support. So doing them with a party or less more than likely doable possible, but put aside a couple of hours to chip away at the massive HP pools through high def and resists.

    Hours? Did one the other day, MNKx2 on it and it was down in 5 minutes.

    The other day we did troll with Almace/Ochain PLD + WHM killing troll king and holding party for adds (MNK+WHM+THF+RDM/NIN). Adds holding party was overkill but three of them were tribox'd (mostly there for kill) and other was there to get us in the room (need 6 to enter).

    I did Dawn (PM 8-4) last night for my brother's character. I'm sure it was probably solo'd by other jobs in different ways, but it was so comically easy on MNK/WAR I thought it deserved a post. On the first form, I think that Chains of Apathy/Arrogance/Cowardice/Envy/Rage must be used based on HP. It hit me once through Counterstance before it literally just began to spam these (which have no effect if you went to the race tower to get your light.) The first form died at about the time I got 100% TP. For the second form, I think that Seal of Quiescence and Winds of Oblivion are now used on an HP basis as after I used Victory Smite, it did nothing but spam those until it died. No damage was incurred during this mode.

    So yeah... if you're doing enough damage to it, you can lock it into spamming nearly harmless TP moves for the duration of the fight.

    I was more thinking extremely low man, but seeing as the minimum to enter is 6 its not really relevant.

    Also fucked up and pressed submit early, I was trying to make up my mind whether he was just being a cockhead or not and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Generally from experience when people pull you out about how long something takes, theyre being colossal fuckwads

    Regardless of land speed records getting to and from the BC, the beastmen kings are as easy as piss now.

    I never remember there being a party requirement for ToAU Kings, just all three tier keys for door..

    I'd consider 2 DD + 1 WHM low man (with NINx2+RDM on adds), but sure.

    question about Aspid. I need him for my mule (black belt, and a dalmy would be a nice hold over until i can finally get 10 rdm body seals to drop <_<)

    duo feasible due to links and such? If so what jobs would you recommend? I'm worried about his regen while in shell. It was pretty insane from my memory.

    Screw Dalmatica, RDM can solo Ironclad for Pluviale. With Ultimate/Noxious Fang/Minkin you can do 1600ish Water IV's for 7-8% of his HP with Ascetic's Tonic, can take off like 60-70% of his HP with one good chainspell

    Everyone told me Adze was hard, so after a Lacovie me and a THF stuck around to try to duo it. We both read wiki and didn't think we'd stand a chance so if anything it'd be a quick D3. I was DRG/SAM he was THF/NIN both of us above average geared but no emp weapons. I popped a champion tonic and berserker drink. 300% TP->Sekkanoki->Drakesbanex2->Soul Jump->Drakesbane->Meditate->Spirit Jump->Drakesbane it was dead. Each WS did between 4 and 5k and took off 15-20% of his HP, complete weak sauce...fight took less than 20 seconds and it still had 80%+ HP once Seigan wore.

    Adze has no en-effects when he pops. He gains en-effects based on what TP move he used last. Killing him quickly is the best way to go.
