I'm pretty sure bst/sch solo'd mke fight at level 85 also, and the ASA fight is probably easier on bst than on smn. go in w/ mdb axes... between dawn mulsum and pet food eta..... If thats not quite enough, then you just go in w/ full BA merits and use bubble curtain on carrie for 73~74% -mdt and another 20 mdb on pet.

Hits in ACP fight are magical I believe.

Ark Angels fights are soloable for bst

Apocalypse nigh can be solo'd bst as well as storms of fate.

bsts have been doing fafnir for awhile too.

bst was first to solo airship fight in Cop at level 80.

eta biscuits and dawn mulsum just make everything outside abyssea so much easier.

Fair enough, I've seen dozens of pet burns and nuke/kite solos, but nothing regarding a straight tank melee attempt. I'll bear it in mind to suck less in future.

Nice job but I wonder why you haven't used head butt every time you got drawed in? Wouldn't that leave you enough time to run away w/o being hit from the back?
I was also under impression that MDB doesn't work on magic TP that can be blocked with fanatic and from the damage you took just after casting saline and w/o it I am more then sure MDB did nothing on his attacks.

He builds resistance to stun, not really worth stunning him every single time and it also doesn't last very long at all. Pretty sure MDB helped on his WS if not it definitely helps with aga3. What do you mean with fanatic?

Fanatic has a description that he nullify physical damage but it also nullify many magic TP moves. I am 99% sure MDB works same way and only works on stuff that is blocked by fool's drink.

Well his regular melee attacks are also magic based, It's hard to say. Didn't hurt for aga's though, I am not sure if it helped on WS's. Fight took me quite a few tries to do and I ended up having to use meds. Don't really see any other way besides using them because convert timer is always down. I guess you could constantly run off in idle refresh gear and hope to get enough MP in time w/luck?

Just watch your video again. You got hit for 90 damage regular attacks few seconds after Saline wears off and for 92 95 10 sec after you recast it. Same for TP moves. Saline helped only on -ga but considering it's 66 mp and it's wearing off very fast you would be better to use that mp fr something else.

I don't think this fight can be done any better way you did beside this saline. You could maybe Disseverment it for DoT and put Dia II for batter damage on spells but that's it probably.

Might be good to stay engaged too and in every draw in face it for a milisec to swing on it since you was getting hit from the back anyway.

Your hi-elixir was perfectly timed out with -ga too, that was funny

Yeah... I got extremely lucky with the hi-elixir haha, last attempt it took forever to use and I got drawn in/interrupt and it has that dumb lock. Actually poison doesn't stick at all learn my lesson the hard way when I took it to 40% and it charmed and regen to full... Charm always last 1m5s so I started to use bio2 and made sure it was on every time.

Myself and a couple of friends usually duo or trio these BC's for a bit of gil, but this was my first time actually soloing Serket on NIN/DNC.
There were a couple of pretty close calls with it wiping shadows and poisoning me, it seems like everything gets an accuracy bonus if my shadows are down but can't hit me when shadows are up..
